BARCELONA

The architecture in Barcelona is incredible with all of the Gaudí-designed buildings scattered around town, especially in the Eixample neighborhood. The streetscape is low-slung with most buildings not higher than 6 or 7 stories and it's an easy city to walk around with always great people watching. Like other places in Europe, there's a lot of street art on aging walls along with world class art museums. It's surrounded by nature with mountains on one side and the Mediterranean Sea on the other.
